The property has a unique and individual character with many very interesting original features intact - the ground floor has thick exposed stone walls and a magnificent kitchen with barrelled ceiling and stone flagged floor. The spacious lounge has a beamed ceiling and log burning stove with arched patio doors and picture windows to take advantage of the spectacular views. The Ice Barn is set back from FIFE 151 A and has level exterior access to the ground floor and upper level. The two levels are linked by a spiral staricase, unsuitable for the elderly or very young. 2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 small single study bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Cot available. Lower Level: magnificent lounge with 2 steps leading up to the spacious stylish kitchen with dining table. Cooking by Aga and electric oven, oil-fired central heating.
