Tucked away down a long quiet track, this converted detached cottage sits at the water’s edge, enjoying woodland views from the garden. Set within the grounds of the owners’ home and a small caravan site, it makes a wonderful holiday base for exploring the New Forest with its famous ponies, and the many beaches of Dorset, including the Blue Flag beaches at Bournemouth and Poole. A short drive away are the attractive towns of Christchurch and Salisbury. Shop 1½ miles. Beamed open-plan living/dining room with electric ‘log-effect’ fire, wooden floor and compact fitted kitchen area. Two bedrooms; one double and one bunk, each with wash basin. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
