This attractive, detached, single-storey holiday cottage is located within the grounds of the owners’ Grade II listed, medieval home, and enjoys a peaceful, rural setting overlooking the garden, farmland and the South Downs beyond. This is an ideal retreat for walkers and cyclists, with many scenic routes including the West Sussex Literary Trail, and for birds and wildlife, RSPB Pulborough Brooks is nearby. There are many renowned vineyards in the area and golf is available locally. Within half an hour’s drive, discover Petworth House and Gardens (NT), Parham House, Arundel Castle, Nymans, racing at Goodwood, Hickstead or Fontwell, and Chichester with its Festival Theatre and Goodwood House. The south coast with seaside attractions is 12 miles. Pulborough station, 3 miles (1¼ hours from Victoria). Gatwick 30 minutes. Shops and pub ½ mile. Four steps to entrance.
