French doors leading out to a small enclosed patio also stable door leading to courtyard. Kitchen area is very well fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, deep Belfast sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools.
